I get well under 30 FPS no matter what playing FC4. I do play Full Screen mode in highest resolution available on my Acer 27" screen. I've tried all levels of graphics Low to Ultra. Turned off all the background stuff I can see, removed desktop photo, yadda yadda. Tried the Throttlestop yesterday, suggested from another thread here, followed the instructions to a tee, tried different settings, no change. I've tried everything I can find on YouTube to help with the FPS on Far Cry 4.
